Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Times may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday or the holiday season.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Receiving your parcel

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us a photo at info@marielouise-paris.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
